Unknown but very low round count by the looks of the chamber and rifling.
Outside cosmetics are 8/10 great shape.
Unicorn rare NSW “U” & numbered marked upper receiver which is a colt keyhole forge upper.
No bcg, charging handle, or muzzle device included.
This is a very rare upper to find on the civilian market. Once it’s gone it’s gone.
