Integrating thermally conductive raw materials and a proprietary resin matrix through a series of manufacturing processes allows for the transfer of heat through our composite material. Beginning with a high-quality buttoned rifled blank, manufacturing processes are kept in-house allowing for greater quality control. All the bull barrel benefits at a fraction of the weight – coming in at up to 35% lighter than a traditional bull barrel contoured barrels.
Design, Build, Destroy, Improve. When not in the field our barrels can be found in the test lab with industry-leading data acquisition technology. Each BOSS barrel has a limited warranty in the event of a manufacturing or material defect.
