Consultation Policy Update
To better serve our customers and ensure we can continue providing the highest level of expertise and service, we have implemented a Paid Consultation – By Appointment Only system for our store front.
All in-person visits will require scheduling a 20-minute consultation appointment online at a rate of $35 per appointment. If you make an in store purchase during your visit, the full $35 consultation fee will be applied toward your item(s). In other words, if you are here to support a small business, it costs you nothing.
This policy allows us to dedicate focused, one-on-one time to serious buyers while also respecting the value of our expertise and time. Like many small businesses, we operate independently and do not have the overhead structure of large retailers such as Cabela’s. As a self-funded, veteran-owned business serving the San Antonio community, we simply cannot absorb hours of unpaid consultation time.
We take pride in offering knowledgeable guidance, quality products, and a level of personalized service that sets us apart from other gun shops in the area. We are not a pawn shop, and we do not offer low-quality merchandise or inexperienced staff. Customers choose us because of the expertise and professionalism we provide.
This new structure ensures we can continue delivering that same high standard of service for years to come. We appreciate your understanding and your continued support of small, locally owned businesses.
