*ANYTHING PURCHASED FROM THE *GARAGE SALE* WILL NOT BE ELIGABLE FOR RETURNS, WARRANTY ISSUES OR EXCHANGES. ***IF YOU WERE TO ATTEMPT A CHARGEBACK, CHARGES WILL BE FILED FOR THEFT***

Before 15 days
– Returns will be accepted within 15 days of product arrival
After 15 days
– Standard returns are no longer accepted
– Customers may reach out to manufactures for new products
– Customers are encouraged to reach out to staff@onyxarms.com for all additional concerns

– All returns must be approved by staff@onyxarms.com prior to mailing
– Any unapproved returns will result in the forfeiture of product

Replacements

– Replaced product shipping (to customer) will be paid for by Onyx Arms LLC.

Fees
– ALL RETURNS / CANCELLATIONS OF ORDERS ARE SUBJECT TO A 20% FEE THAT WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF THE ORDER!
